LHD 240Z at Auction (Car and Classic)

What do we think that would fetch? Looks a reasonable base.

On a side note, I'm always intrigued when I see cars like this come up where there is a little notepad with them with all the recordings of fuel, mileage etc. Why did people fill these in? Was it a budgeting thing?

I used to car share with someone who did that in their Maestro Diesel ( this was late 90’s).

I have to assume it was budgeting rather than an attempt to create provenance / history for such a machine.

I asked him several times why - and he would just shrug and say ‘it’s just a good record isn’t it ‘.

I chose to sleep a lot on those long journeys.
