Hmmmm, well I was the one the truck driver beeped his horn at when me and Tim were relieving ourselves at the side of the road French style on the way back to the port, he was obviously more impressed with mine ;) so no hope for Tim !

Yes mine was the smallest..................... tent on the whole campsite (although not in the video as I was yet to grace you with my presence, being somewhere on the Eurostar when that video was taken) In true festival style, it was left behind although I did at least take it down and put it back in the bag before binning it. Anyway, I'm done with roughing it, next time I will get Mrs Vega to drive a great big f....off motorhome down, win win.

I’m trying to get June to go camping but she ain’t having it which means I don’t have to behave meself but if we can get booked in to one of their rooms then she will be coming but I might be in the Z4 M coupe,fancy taking that next time

Chris I sed to the others why don’t we help Chris out and have his tent and sleeping bag ready for when he arrives as it might be dark when he gets here but we all decided to carry on drinking beer,I wanted to stuff your sleeping bag with stinging nettles but again decided to carry on drinking beer I think it was you that brought that Duck with you as it was nice and quiet the night before

You overgrown schoolboy Status. Good job the others were responsible adults. Coming down in a BMW next time ? You can’t camp with us then, you can go in the field with all the other hairdressers EXTRA:D

JUNE calls me a child that’s why when I give it a bit of welly she gets the ump and won’t go in it anymore,I know if I came in the Z 4 M I’m gonner wish I had the Zed with me and I must admit that you are a bit of a tart if you are gonner sleep in a motorhome and also standing by the roadside with poor Tim with yer codger hanging out waiting for French truckers to give you a bib with their horn

Now planning next year,Where to stay and getting the Zed ready with new engine almost sorted and hopefully Addison in his restored 260 if it’s finnished

Do you know of any French hire companies that can deliver a caravan to a camp site near Le Mans for the week ?
Had a quick look online and struggling to find anything.
We want to step up the luxury to the next level from a tent.

Hi CHRIS as talked about at the weekend I’ve had a quick look but couldn’t find anything as of yet but they are out there but it might be cheaper to hire a motor home and drive it to the site as I can’t remember seeing caravans there

I have seen caravans there, definitely, in pics of the event too.
Thought it may be cheaper for a caravan to be delivered to site, just had a quote of 1100 euros to hire a motorhome from a place near Paris - too much !

Suppose I could always tow one behind a classic but don't reckon a 240Z would be up to it, the 280ZX Turbo could do it though, pretty easily as well with auto box.
Maybe one of those old classic caravans would look good behind it and I reckon I could just about keep up with the pack in convoy :)

I will fire off an email to the Dominique the campsite/chateau owner to see if he knows anyone.
Best idea probably if that 'French bloke' from the forum can't help us ;)

I’ve a tow bar on me z but you can get em delivered it’s just finding somewhere also if there is a place nearby that rents motor homes then we can Zed it down to the site then go pick up the motor homes,I’m there for a week this time hopefully
