I'll be there, not sure whether we'll be going out on the Wednesday or Thursday yet. Current debate is whether we share the Z for the duration or I take the Z and my dad takes his Healey though.

We've already got our usual accommodation sorted so we will be asking you for parking and likely entrance tickets. I'll get on the track at some point however I'm more inclined to wait till the one after this when the car is a bit more prepared for some abuse.

Mines the Quick Hairdressers model ;)

Sorry for the thread hijack just needed to clarify

NO BMWs on the stand chaps but I'm sure you'll smell laquer in the air to find your own stand elsewhere.

Anything that looks vaguely Datsun-esque passes but I remain the ultimate judge and I'm as bent as your boyfriend - just don't offend my sensibility with cheap bribes !

It's obvious you are as bent as my boyfriend because you are my boyfriend ,luv and as for you being the judge you couldn't judge a dog show no matter how ruff it might be ,dear

Shaun I'll probably come in my 350Z so I can take her round the track and I'll buy you a beer for sure. As for the 240Z she'll be visiting the great scrapyard in the sky if she fails her mot on too much

Hoping to come next year. Prob be in the 240 rather than the 260... it's the only time of year I like the fact it's LHD!

As far as I know I'm travelling and staying with the northerners from Red -7 s clan so if anyone wants to tag along that should be cool,I think there will be some modern machinery making the trip so make sure your old Datsun can keep up with it,mine can,can yours ?

I'm staying in some sort of chatter with Darren and his gang, they have a fancy dress and barbi on the Sunday and I think you can dress in period clothes, not sure where they are shipping out from,I prefer Dover as we would have about an hours extra driving on the french roads which is part of the holiday,if we go out of of Portsmouth it takes longer in total driving,I'll have a chat with Darren later and I'll give you a bell

Ta Paul.

I have a friend that runs a chateau event for the weekend which is an option. I had looked at staying there last time but ended up at Sean's site. This was a superb location as you could just walk across the road and your at the track. This meant you could watch the late night racing with a few bears then stagger back to camp whenever you wanted.
