This engine has been in my garage for 22 years 'just in case' I needed it. I had an L28 at one time too! I'm not hoarding stuff anymore - I've experience of emptying Dad's and Father-in-Law's garages and I don't want mine to go that way.

I think it is in good condition - the bores don't have a 'lip' and the crank is not scored however that is 'my opinion'. I wouldn't have kept if I thought it was badly worn.

Will split if necessary.

Note that this engine does not have to stay a 2.4 - with rebore or crank it could be 2.6 or 2.8 (I did that to my old engine!).
