Thought i would write and tell you my joyous tale!
I have just collected the car from the garage where it has had a new cam belt. (Could not find it being replaced in the history so at 64,000 miles it was probably about time to have it done!!)
Anyway, I was expecting the bill to be £300 - £400 considering the age of the car etc etc but was pleasently surprised to get a bill for a smidge over £140 inc parts, labour VAT and a couple of litre's of anti freeze!!! BARGAIN!!!
Not that i am superstitious, but normally on Friday the 13th the Z31 would stay wrapped up in the garage. It would have been just my luck for the belt to snap on the way to the garage, especially as i was running late and the speedo stayed on the sunny side of 85!!!
