I hadn't been here for some years having performed several gigs there during the 90's & early 00's.
As arranged I met up with Hiro & his 240Z(Thanks for the loan of the display pass
) I thought about running the Z down the strip and thought I'd go watch a few cars make a run before I got to carried away. Found myself a nice viewing spot and watched eagerly as a car lined up on the start. Off it shot, got half way down the strip and the front wheels fell off 
So that was that 
Wyn(who had runs booked) and everyone else had next to no chance of making a run now the track was all tore up
