"Illegal" rear number plate shop recommendation

Hi all,

Ok I thought I'd freshen up my 300 a bit with some new square number plates, was a great idea on the front, but rubbish on the back.

I hadn't realised the stock rear plate for the 300 appears to be undersized, like motorbike size I think.

1) Can anyone confirm the size is a bike plate size please?

2) Can anyone recommend one of these online number plate places? Gonna order me up one that fits the car properly... for shows only of course...

Cheers!

Either of these can make you show plates any size you want.I've used fancyplates before and they're very quick at delivering your plates.
They have a list of stock sizes too....Jap import square plates are normally 330mm x 151- 178mm, but you can vary these sizes.
Motorcycle size is listed as 229mm x 178mm.
I've just ordered some new plates for my 280ZX from craigsplates!

Thanks Jez, I'll get onto that when I measure up the old one :)

Now I need to decide what size to do the front. I think I prefer the square shape one I have, but it doesn't seem to be very happy just hanging from the top with two bolts using the standard mount. I wonder if this is supposed to in Japan be undersized to the UK law?
