As it says,need a bit of help in matching the paint on my 260 z the blenders where they mix the paint can’t get near the colour I’ve given a panel to my local paint shop who done a few scratches about 6 years ago but they have changed paint suppliers ect so if they cant match it does anyone know who might be able to match it,for those that know my Zed it’s Maroon metallic and it has a bit of a copper flip under the paint which looks nice when the sun shines on it

If it was a one-off mixed paint with no ref code then you'll never match it 100% I would think.

It was off a selection of samples I chose from when had car painted just need a little bit to get a few scratches done

I think you'd have to at least get details of the paint system/supplier from the original people.

I’ve taken a panel to them but they said they have changed their system and suppliers about three times since they done the scratch but they are giving it a go to try and match,fingers crossed
