I was with Phil this week-end, He is preparing a rally car for historical & classic races... and why not for the 24h of Le Mans classic... Lot's of work have been done yet and a lot more to come...
PS : he is also a track marshal on lots of racing events in France... and a bloody hell fast driver, all beware!

He's not a track marshall (he was a long time ago - more later) - he is rally course director !
He was at Le Mans just by Les Hunardieres when Hans Schuller crashed and died in 'his' 240 !
