HELP bit of brain fade came on. I have rebuilt my rear subframe on 350z and am in process of fitting adj rear springs & adj shocks. I need to know do i adj shocks for ride height first and then adj springs to take up play in lower arm? or do i adj coils for ride height and then fit shocks to suit? I have separate coil springs from the dampers not full coilovers.

The springs adjust the ride height. The "shocks" are dampers and have little effect on ride height. Their adjustment is for rate / strength of damping, i.e. control of the spring oscillation.
