@niroshann - I guess the on display cars will be relatively finished but the event itself is open to all!! If they are willing to accept my car I doubt they are too fussy!! So register for the event itself and bring her down, the more Zs the better + looking forward to meeting you chap!

@Huw - would be great to see you buddy if you can make - been too long.

@atomman - that is a heck of an early start / drive to be there for 07:00!! Hats off to you sir.

@franky - you got that car together yet? You can still do it if you get off your hairy gluteus maximus decimus and put your back into it! [emoji14]

@johny - so which car is coming? Would love to see the rat or Boa there!!

Just registered & waiting to be accepted.

My Journey is about the same as Huw's give or take 20 mins or so. The plan will probably be M4, A34, M3, A27.

If it's a 7am start, I will probably stay overnite otherwise I will be a bit later than that.

For those travelling the M4, it might be worth meeting at Leigh Delemere or Membury services en route if you still fancy a convoy.

So gang, trying to figure out who is going and from where to see if it's possible to turn up in a convoy? Although I do have to leave at 05:30ish to be there on time, so it may not work but at least let's do a tally:

  • Woody - showing off with two cars 240 with only 15 wheel lugs and a Mister 2
  • Toopy - will hopefully have working brakes 260 2+2
  • Johny - changes Zs like a girl changes shoes / handbags / accessories
  • Atomman - seller of the finest under trays
  • Trott - Funky 350z
  • Ali - old-boy racer 260z who will arrive with wet feet if raining 'cause she's a leaker!
Anyone I missed?

This is going to be a great event! I may have to dig out a camera (who really uses one of those these days!?)

:excited: :can't hide it:
A up m8 i will be traveling down to cirencestar Saturday and heading in from there as being up in stoke i would have to get up at some stupid hour

I assume this is for cars worthy of being shown - not tatty work in progress! :)

No requirements, would be great to see it regardless of condition. Just apply and see if it gets accepted. :D

Its got an LS1 in it so its not quite original!! Come and say hello!

That looks awesome! I've always had a soft spot for RX7's and RX3's. I think the RX7 is still one of the prettiest cars made out of the factory with aftermarket rims like yours.

Looks like people are travelling some serious distances to get to this one, will be great to see you all.

If anyone fancies it we could always meet at the Sainsbury's just down the road before convoying in to the motor circuit?

So are we going to join in with the Sainsbury's burnout massif!?

Well it looks like the sun is shinin' and the weather is sweet! Makes you wanna move those Z driving feet! (As Finlay Quay once sang)

If you'd like to go balls out on your throttle pedal when entering Sainsbury's then I'm sure several people would enjoy it

What sort of time are people planning on getting there for? I'll be staying locally so have a relatively relaxed start by comparison to most...

I think it opens at 7am , leaving @ 3.30 am is a bit early for me so may aim to get there for 8am and leave st 4.30 - 5am from Swansea,or may even have a look and find somewhere to stay the Saturday night on the way maybe,

How about a 7.45am meet for an 8am depart to head across to the circuit? (I'm aware some brave souls are travelling crazy distances for this one)

Well fellas. The car park is 5 mins from the venue and given that entry opens at 06:30 and we need to be on display at 07:00 + likely queue to get in, I would imagine we should probably leave ourselves a bit of time say 20 - 25 mins? Which means meeting up at the car park from say 06:15 and leave at 06:30ish?

Anyone been there before and displayed their car who can comment on timings etc? Am I being too pessimistic?
