Finned diff cover without AZC or T3 legs & brace

saw this this morning , only 3D printed prototype for now but gonna be billet , I would just use the print as a pattern and cast it in ally and finish machine to be honest though, needs a take off if you want to run a cooler and a temp sensor ideally to

It's a shame they haven't taken the time to change the design to lessen the fins..

Why would you want to reduce the fins? Thats the whole point of a FINNED diff cover?

Let me see what I can do on the pic front.

Before making, I mocked what I needed using some steel square tubing for position/drill hole points/clearance before cutting the original off and removing the hangers.

Well, I am obviously concentrating too much on the next project, as Ilooked under the car to see one of these. Forgot I decided ages ago to do the job properly, by buying a proper brace.

This was brace was from a group buy on Hybridz about 15 years ago. Pictures from mate Mr G.
