excellent! That’s great advice TY! My friend and I are coming on Sunday too.
I would like to take the Z but it depends on a) zero rain and b) getting the current fuelling issue sorted out!

Excellent! We’re looking to be there at the same sort of time. My tickets were a birthday present - to be frank I hadn’t really looked too closely at the passes.
The weather is looking up - let’s hope the forecast doesn’t change too much! Fuelling issues sorted, so the Z is very likely to be let out!

Just got back from the FOS. It's the first time I'd been to this event and I was really impressed with lots of cars and other things to look at and, obviously, lots of noise and burning rubber on the hill 
. There was a huge amount of people there which is a bit of a shock to the system after so long not being in close proximity to a lot of people.

Is that one of the rules? I've watched a couple of videos of this year and no one seems to be wearing them.
I guess inside will still be required but most of the show will be outdoors.

There are no masks apart from the request that you wear one in confined spaces such as the toilets and some of the shop setups. I found that most people used them in the toilets as they are quite small but virtually no-one did in any other location.
Masks are useful for toilets.
Joking apart wearing a mask all day would be awful. I don't know how people do it.
I've never been to the FoS or Revival - shocking for a petrol head.

It's my first time Rob and I can recommend it very highly as we had a fantastic time. Take your own supplies though if extending your mortgage is not an option for food and drink

Well guys, I’m sorry for not meeting up at the event, it was all a bit hectic leading up to it.
A really great day with good dry weather. Some great driving / cars too.
Got very photographed in the Z going down the motorway, queuing to get in, kids on the side of the road with phones and picked up admirers at the fuel pump. The Z behaved and went like stink, sporting the Street muffler still on from my back to back tests. My newly installed PWM driven electric fans helped pull back queuing temps from 1/2 way across to between 1/3 and 1/2, so I’m pleased with that real world test!
Sadly the NASCAR crashed on the hill climb so out came the naughty jag to entertain us. I particularly loved the car control skills of this gent ....
Some very cool cars there, particularly the upcoming electric models outside of the usual Mini / BMW etc offerings but I have to say the electrics on the hill climb with a squillion BHP were all smoke off the line and boringly silent going past on the straights. Then you get a big fat V8 or screaming F1 car following them and realise why we like noisy engines!

My wife got a booking and we went on this.... amazing what they can do
You lucky lucky man! This was the only experience I was interested in doing. The Jaguar one was interesting too but if I had to choose, I would have done that one.
