    Hello folks,

Does anyone know what the UK legality / rules of installing the fender / wing mounted mirrors like shown in this picture? From watching a recent 240z video by Home Built by Jeff, it occurred to me I may be creating myself an issue. Car is 1973, so MOT exempt and is already registered after it's import.

    Any tips gratefully received.

    Thanks, Graeme

PS. I've not installed them yet, but have bought them at a cost of $400.

As long as they are the safety-sprung OEM type, you'll be absolutely fine. You can prove that this was an OEM fitment by the manufacturer too, so that helps.

    Nothing to worry about.

Thank you. I imagine they are, given they were JDM parts imported from Japan. Cost a small fortune. Screenshot 2019-05-27 at 11.43.02.jpg

Those are fine. Repros of the OEM ones. I have a set of those for my project car. My original JDM Fairlady Z has a pair of OEM ones fitted.
