Hey there, gotta say first this forum has been a great help in research and finding details to different ideas.
Currently own a 260z nissan with plans for autocrossing and everyday. Holding its l26 motor to clean up.
We plan to use the l28 block for power on the track. P90 head if we can find one and turbo it. However ive been recently looling into the other parts and wondered what is recommended when going this way.
I understand there are stroker kits and ways to bore up.
So heres the questions.
1. What kinds of crankshafts coukd we use in the l28e block without boring it up to 3.0 or 3.2?
2. Whats some good recomendations when turboing the l28 block?
3. Is there something we could switch out to help get some more torque or power?
4. What else could be told in terms of common issues to watch?
Otherwise im happy to hear more. Im excited to get it up and going.
