having trouble getting in to chat, also to site as very slow AGAIN. whats wrong?

must have been arrested by gendarmes & locked up for a few hour's.Russ say's,that hopefully,the 'who's in' chat room device
should soon be in force after he donate's his student grant,for

thought everything was fine but this room seems to have a mind of its own and wont let me in again
