This one's a bit odd because I used to own this car (BRE605T), never did much with it as a "project" and it disappeared "up north" when I sold it on.

This was probably about 7 or 8 years ago and it had been resprayed red and seemed very sound metal-wise. Paint was quite thick so could have hidden some horrors I suppose but it certainly wasn't in this state and I don't remember it having a sunroof!

I'll have to hunt and see if I still have some photos which show the roof...

Seems a bid odd being stamped on a separate plate or is it ?

I never understood why the seller won't apply for reg documents before posting for sale- surely that would inspire confidence?

Maybe because he doesn't have a chassis number?

VIN on a pop-riveted plate? Wonder how that number compares to the one that should be stamped into the bulkhead behind it?....
