Customer support emergency

One of my dealer/installers has been having a nightmare with what should be a 30 minute install. It's bloody miles away down on the south coast. I'm really really busy in the North London office and would be really guilty about leaving my colleagues in the brown/smelly. I have to get there at first crack of sparrow-f4rt tomorrow am which means 5am start (I'm getting too old for this).

BTW, the customer needing support is an exhibitor at Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Should I go or should I leave it to the dealer? :lol:
