I came across this series of 4 video (so far) on another site. These guys look very professional, and the other cars in the workshop are very cool too. Proper engineering and proper design. They are doing a subtle Escort Mk1 custom build for Gordon Murray - legendary Designer/Engineer from F1 fame. No body kits - promise ;)

PS: See if you can spot the green 240z in one of the episodes...

In the workshop on the video above is a Manta 400 replica/restomod/hybrid (5:08 mins from start). Met the chap that owns it at a local event the other night. He has joined my local car club.

Retropower built it for him: RB25 engine and Skyline running gear, S14 rear suspension.

Very nice motor! Great attention to detail.

Have a soft spot for Mantas as I owned 3 over a 9 years: 1.8 Berlinetta coupe, GTE coupe and a GTE Exclusive coupe. Never liked the hatchback versions...
