Don't think so but often come up on eBay. There is definitely a case for 3D printing ;)

Mine broke many years ago, ive not replaced it, i prefer to look at it as a security feature, you'd need the grip strength of the hulk to pop the bonnet without a pair of pliers to hand! o_O
assuming you mean the pull handle and not the choke lever?!

Depends on the year your after.
The early knobs have been reproduced (70-71) but the later 72-74 knobs have not been re-popped and are very hard to find.
I bought several early ones just to have.
The difference is in the angle of the metal shaft that the knobs fit on to.
This is for US cars as they are the only ones I play with, may be different with UK or Japanese market cars.
