Cant Get In Chat Room!

Hi, After downloading and installing windows sevice pack 2 I dont seem to be able to log into the chat room it's saying the program that has to be down loaded has no signature so will not continue, has anyone got any ideas of a way round this I have tried altering my browser settings but to no avail. DOH!

I think If the ' chat' room was used ,say between 8pm & 10pm,
by all, than everyone will know that there's a better chance of
user's being in there................................DJZ 60.
