Sorry to read this. Sadly it's nowhere as simple as it should be to get your money back from scammers.
Going off on a tangent somewhat, I paid well over a grand to NavTool.com for a good number of their reverse camera units this time last year but was never sent anything. The person who runs 'the company' knows full well that he stole from me. I have an email chain where he basically admits it and says 'tough'. Since then he no longer replies to anything and it's too far down the authorities priority list to be investigated.
