Brake wheel cylinder discussion

So gang, as you may know, the threads on one of my wheel cylinders was toasted but the PO “threading” the connector on.

Delving into this is proving to be less straightforward than I had assumed.

The one on my car is 15/16ths bore - translating to 23.8mm.

The ones potentially available to me from Mr. minksport and Rockauto are 7/8ths or 22.2mm in real money.

The ones listed by MSA are 3/4 - or 19mm

Which is supposed to be correct for a late 260z? I cannot seem to find any 15/16ths so I am wondering if it came from another model (e.g. a pick up truck or something else).

Finally does it matter as long as they are the same on both sides? Going from 23.8mm to 19mm is a difference of 25%. Wouldn’t that upset the brake balance? Or does it improve as I have the wrong cylinders on mine? [emoji848][emoji848]

Interestingly, searching for the 7/8ths part numbers online shows they were in use on Nissan cars as late as 1995!!
