Just like to say hi and introduce myself, excuse if I'm in the wrong section!
I've just bought a 72 240Z from Seattle, it's awaiting collection at the moment to be transported to LA then on a ship to Southampton, I'm expecting it to land early May,
It's had a suspension off restoration in 2011 and has done 2000 miles since.
I'm not new to 240Z's I had one 30 yrs ago when I was 18, a white one GPX 13N, HS30103362 iirc! Does anyone know if it's still around? I loved that car
I sold it for a TR6 then bought it back, restored it then sold it for 1980 911, always looked back with fond memories so I've decided to get another, can't wait!
It will be used for high days and holidays, Le Mans Classic etc
I have another weekend car too for those who are interested, it's a 2006 Z4 M Roadster, which Is a great car
Anyhow looking forward to reading posts and commenting where I can
