Anyone near Blackburn? Sending parts to London

Hi, I have located some panels ( non S30 !) In Blackburn area but seller is not interested in arranging shipping.

Is there someone local to Blacburn who can temporarily store them or have contacts of a reliable courier company that can ferry them down south to watford ?

If its any use, I can probably collect from blackburn and store in Manchester or bring them south to Northampton.
