Hay there chaps.
Been away for a while but I'm only a week or 2 away from getting started on our 280zx.
Things got delayed when Chelle decided she wanted a Capri and then found a Capri she wanted. I did stipulate if it wasn't the 2. 8 I wasn't playing haha.
I've never owned a Ford. Never even looked at them. Always thought the Capri looks nice though.
Anyway it didn't require much work so I bumped the GTO to one side and did the few bits of welding it needed, floors a bit and some inner wing things.
Car has great character. I managed to get in contact with a previous owner who had the car when it had all its fun.
It was stollen and recovered while in the process of being "ringed"
He then painted it yellow. The consequences of some bet.
We have called it Bumblebee obviously but spoken with a brummie accent
The GTO is all done bar some vinyl I have coming.
Can't drive it until its wallpapered
Also bought myself a domestic garage sized 2 post lift. I love my lift me!!!! Hahaha
