airbox clearance?

with one of the shorter manfolds and triple carbs, does anyone have the clearance from the carbs to the shock tower? Not including trumpets or anything that'll go 'inside' the airbox.

I've got a sports option manifold I can measure for you , not sure if they are long or short though ?

OK Mr Franky, I’m at someone else’s house for a BBQ sitting on the loo typing this (TMI?) - but when I get home, I will measure the head to tower distance for you, and you can play mechs o with your mangoletsi + carbs + gaskets + insulators to figure out what you have left.

Unless of course I get beaten to it.

140mm at the deepest point tapered down to 125mm ish at the bulkhead end

have you polished it as you can't even tell its fitted in those pics!?

Its now completely see through

it's sat on the bench in the garage , it worked well on the test drives but I'm not happy with the base plate, needs a thicker flange and my mate is making me a MKII with clearer resin and a bit of Carbon to .
