Advice on this setup for my 280z

Hi all, so I have been thinking about some engine mods for the L28, and I was wondering what your thoughts would be on doing the following. My idea is to get a little more power and driveability whilst retaining long-term reliability and some originality. Making it sound awesome is also a bonus ;)

I have settled on the following, as its about the max of my budget.

- Jenvy (or similar) ITB's
- Standalone ECU
- Upgraded Injectors, Fuel Pump and Alternator
- Camshaft upgrade

And then of course have it mapped on a rolling road.

With labour and fitting, that's going to run me somewhere close to 9 - 10k, but my question is, is there a better way to achieve the goals or is this going to transform the way the car drives? I do love NA and I already have a turbo 6 cyl, so not really interested in that route

What are your thoughts?

yeah it'll be great. get a BIG cam, don't believe those who tell you to get something mild to 'keep road driveability'.
But big cams need new valves and seals.
Personally I think the money you'd spend on branded ecu and ITBs is better spent on headwork. (and buy cheap ITBs and ecu instead).
