370Z oil temp location

hi. Can anyone help. I have a Nissan 370Z 2009 and looking for the location of the oil temp sensor. I have been advised that it’s in the oil pan. Can anyone help please with the location of this

"The OEM Oil Temperature Sensor is located at the front of the aluminum upper oil pan on various Nissan and Infiniti models equipped with a VQ37VHR. Special care must be taken when removing this sensor, as damaging the upper oil pan is easy when removing these sensors."

Hi Dean, do you suspect a faulty sensor?

I had a 2009 370 and I found the oil temp gauge useful.

I remember one day the engine correctly went into 'low power mode' because of high oil temp.

Yes the AA confirmed it was the sensor. The oil temp gauge danced wildly from start up and would not work at all sometimes. Then the engine management light came on. When AA plugged in the OBD2 is said faulty sensor weak signal. Many thanks. Dean
