Derek,

Nice to meet you today (albeit briefly) it was a great venue for kids, my little boy loved it there ...:D:thumbs:

Thanks for putting the time and effort into arranging this,

Thoroughly enjoyed my time there too. Didnt spend all that much time there today, but had much longer on Saturday. Great people as always, great cars and an enjoyable weekend all round.

Thanks to all that organised the event, it was brilliant!! :)

I hope Ive got pics of everyones cars, although I may have missed a few if they came and left early on Sunday, sorry.

Ill be resizing a few for posting up (not all of them though, there are a couple hundred or so), as I say, I hope I have at least one pic of everyones car so if anyone wants me to send them any of the full size pics of theirs, let me know your reg no and email by PM and or any other details which may help me find your photos and Ill send them over. I cant put many names to cars on the site as Im not a regular poster on this forum. (yet ;) )

The full size images are 4mb+ per image, so 56k connections may need to put the kettle on if they request them.

It was a great weekend

Weather was good, (but too bright Sunday for the projector  ), people were great, and the carZ were excellent.

big thanks to Derek for organiZing, thanks to Madhamster for the cooking, and thanks to all the members and fellow Zed owners for turning up, even without Zeds some of them.

Special thanks to DJZ for his spectacular 2nd DVD, and for arranging the projected Premiere, in the Scout Club garage. (Both dvd's available from the ZClub shop)

I can now put names to faces, and faces to cars. (I think) :conf2:

I would like to say a big thanks for the trip and those who organised it and those who were there especialy Derek, Suzy, Chris, Nidge, Dalos and the Cheshire Plainz lot

I prefer that site to Billing, for DJZ, I liked the video, now I wished I was there if it wasn't for my car

I wished I could come on Saturday as I was marshalling at Aintree
, I am looking forward to next year

I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who turned up to this event. I really hope you all enjoyed it, I know I did.

I received a lot of help in the organiZation both beforehand and during the three days. I'm not going to name any names because I may inadvertently omit someone and that would be remiss of me. Just a simple THANKZ EVERYONE. I couldn't have done it without you.

For those of you who came and enjoyed it, that was the whole purpose of the event. We all enjoy our Z's even if we can't turn up in them. The one thing I would say is that if you come along then we are always open to offers of help. An hour on the gate collecting entry fees, a walk to the woodpile to help feed the BBQ even washing up a few cooking utensils or fetching water for the urn. There are lots of things to do. This is not a moan but a 'volunteer' is a lot better than a pressed man.:)

My best wishes to everybody from all the clubs involved and I hope to see you again at the same place, same time next year. I will confirm the date later on. I hope that next years event will be even bigger and better. :D :D

And I only managed to (nearly) drop one bollock the whole weekend:eek:

Well done Derek...It was a good venue, with plenty of space for the cars... and to lose yourself if needed!
We camped with our daughter, down at the other end of the field with the other families in order to be away from any possible rowdiness in the evenings ;)... but there was a very relaxed atmosphere and hardly any noise at all....I expect that everyone was too cold at night! :D
