Because they were available and he couldn't make the injection system work. I expect.

WSell, the man's a genious - he CAN make flat-tops work and after all these years we've been binning them.....

Yeah, the interior works (luickily) with ther ext paint. Not sure about the wheel treatment - a bit of 'too-much' there methinks but the bumpers etc, nicely done. I still fancy an uinloved 2+2 ZX.....but with Efi !
