I don't trust the numbers really - I think many cars are wrongly categorised.

We used to keep an record of z club member's cars but it is let down by two things;

It relies of owners informing us and these days we don't use Membership Forms each year.

Secondly 'online members' don't give us any details.

Going back to the original question which was "how many 260 Fairlady Z 2/2 on the road" , the assumption is for S30 models. No doubt I will be corrected if i'm wrong but the Fairlady Z 2/2 was just a Japanese Domestic Market only so I think those numbers given include other market 2+2s not just the JDM 2/2s. A 280Z was American market so doesn't fall into the question criteria.

JDM S30s of all versions probably number less than 15-20 absolute tops. So 2/2s - hardly any. There was another white one at Silverstone Classic similar to yours Farmer42, but with the original fender mirrors still in place. So, that one, your two Farmer and hedgehog, the blue one recently discussed... that's probably it.
