Wouldn’t mind about her not liking Safari Gold but she had an Inca Yellow MG Midget when I met her of which I just reminded her :EXTRAlol:

Sorry, no UK spell-checker on French phones etc.

So, you have evolved her....or maybe it was you that was attracted to the car and mistook her for a seat cushion ?

Quasimodos' car ?

Everybody ripped into me for my Primrose yellow Z.

Under 40 to drive a 50yr old car ? Explain me the reasoning there please.

Chris - compromise !

Keep the interior discreet and black for her and paint the outside for you. She wears lary clothes anyway so where's the prob ?

when you moved to France, did you did remember to take your 'fun' glands with you?

So i'm under 40, i'm making a point that they should only be driven(in orange) by under 40 year olds, Chris isn't. so I'm poking him calling him old. It's all wrapped up in the irony that my car might not be finished by the time i'm 40.

Simples?

That's quite rude to the model itself the model you love so much, and rude to the owners who maybe wanted silver or it was the best car/colour combination /condition that they could afford.Sometimes wonder why i rejoined, get a bit sick of hearing some peoples opinions

Emperors' clothes Kevin - people ripped into my yellow colour choice....so what ?;)

Opinions are personal and if we don't say what we think - then what ?

What you're not aware of is the quantity repainted in silver over here - whereas I respect a colour remaining factory original, repainting one to silver or light-anthracite 'cos it's 'discreet and classy' I feel is a shame for a '70s sportscar.

Jason - sorry, humour a bit tarnished atm and I don't follow your age 'cept for wishing you a bon anniversiare. I was hoping for mine for my 50th.....

Enjouy your sundays - I'm off to watch a white Z race against the porkers - qualified second yesterday so we'll see.

Kev, we are glad you rejoined (thanks for supporting the Club) and don't let people's opinion of colours upset you. I don't like all these oranges but it seems to be the trend. Someone said they didn't like blue and I have a blue car and think it looks great!

'Chrisvega' was asking for an opinion just like the guy who is concerned about his respray and ripples.

I don't like all these oranges either! Lets make Safari Gold the new colour of choice.

I really wouldn't take it personally, it's only an opinion at the end of the day. The joy being it can't be right or wrong....

They all look great, just certain colours will or won't appeal as much to some of us. I won't share my views with you just in case though ;) I'd stick around....

Yes 'only' that.

Indeed, no-one can tell us what to think.

DO share your views here - that's the whole point of a forum - Kevin shared his that he thinks it's quite rude of me.

And do stick around - please.

I liked the light yellow original paint on one of my old Zed’s.

I've gone for 920 on my first 280Z.
In fact, it was because I saw a picture of one in that colour that I bought the car.

My second 280Z, the back burner project, is planned to be Millenium Jade after I saw this:

That is actually a dip based on Millenium Jade ( JW0) in my photo above.
Do a search for alex_280zee on Instagram, there are a few photos of his car.
I know a guy in Limassol with an R34 GTR VSpec Nür and it's a beautiful colour,

The background is almost certainly the old 'Z Farm'. I think you will find that Duncan is still involved in the classic Z scene (and remains very competent in his work). There is a distinction (often confused) between bankruptcy and insolvency which even now the BBC get wrong. Take a look at the definitions.

Its not the Z farm, they filed bankruptcy/insolvency

Its ZFM motorsport.
