240Z 5 sp synchro replacement

Can someone advise where I can buy synchros and other parts to rebuild my gearbox ?
Also, should I use stock parts or upgrade using 280z parts ?

The cast iron synchro rings for the earlier Z boxes (up to 1978) are no longer available. You will only find them if someone has "NOS" (new old stock).

32611-14600 x4 for the main synchros
32361-20100 x 1 for 5th / reverse

Made a typo on one part number - corrected on both post and quote...

These parts will be hard to find. I couldn't see them on the list for the company link given above.
