Thanks - I have some used ones on the way, so hopefully they are better than the ones on.

rear drivers lower arch-you ll be lucky to find one in good nick but hey anythings possible:Dmight be a fabrication job by the welder doing it,hes going to have to fabricate a bit by that rear window anyway,if hes any good it shouldnt be a problem,i made my own ------ rear brake caliper if you cant find one,a company called big red will sell you a refurb kit or refurb your calipers,i can find their number if you want it ------ handbrake cables-if they are anything like the mk1s which is probably the same cable then hard to find,if you cant find any, unless they are snapped it might be worthwhile to take them off and try and unseize them, ive held the tops before lightly in a vice and squirted thin penertrating oil or wd40 down the liners which can take time, eventully it will flow down the liner and out onto the floor, and pull back and forth with molegrips attached to the metal ends on the cable:D

Thanks for that. Managed to track a hand brake cable down, albeit not cheap for a bit of wire!

Found some calipers as well, I believe the turbo and NA calipers are different, but any idea if 1988 NA's are any different from 1987 NA's. Can't seem to find the part numbers.

thanks

Update

Brake cable sorted (assuming it is actually in stock as listed)
Calipers - going to get them refurbished at Brake Caliper Specialists

Does anyone have a front number plate holder or know where I can get one from. Never seen any for sale. Bought a generic one from ebay but isn't a good fit.

Thanks
