15x8 Tyre size

Hi Guys,

For those of you running 15x8 wheels (0 offset) what size tyres can I get away with. It's previously had 14x195x60 or 65 tyres that fitted fine but the car is quite low.

I basically just want to get the car MOT'd for as little as possible so am going to put some part worns on until I know what the MOT brings up.

I'll then get some new rubber depending upon how much I have to shell out for the MOT.

Cheers,

Wes

225/50/15 will be a nice fit, look good and have approx. the same rolling radius as the OEM wheel/tyre combo

Thanks Sean, 55 or 60 ratio seem quite common on old Beemers so are in abundance here but I'll keep an eye out for some 50s.

yes 225/50/15 is the correct tyre, go for the falken ZE912, they have good grip wet and dry, mileage is also impressive. we had some in stock but they were on back order last time i checked. :)
