Tecnically its a no no to remove the Cat on a post 92 car, but the 300zx passed the MOT without one becuse as it was ceased to be sold here in 95/96 it was never added to the cat emmissions database :)

Series 2 and newer j-Spec cars have the seatbelt on the pillar and not the doors. Sagging seatbelts are a common problem on z32's. Just a case of finding a replacement from a breaker.

This is the nylon gears on the motor that operate the flap. You have three motors on the side of the Heater matrix housing. One moves a flap for hot and cold. Another moves a flap to sellect aircon or heater/fresh and finally 1 operates the dirction of air flow. Eventually their arn't enough...

watched you vid of the pully noise and the noise looks to be comming from your water pump, and it looks like it came to a complete halt, which isnt a good thing. ignore the above, looks the the idler ill investigate the web a bit more

chuck in some lifter treatment and thicker oil and see if that makes a difference. does it not tick on idle? remember mine, it sounded like a load on tickover but got quieter as the revs built up (well either that or the engine noise drowned it out)

the temp sensor clips to the rear of the front bumper is its the same on later cars as it is earlier

russ on the windscreen defrost problem, why didnt you press the window defrost button next to the auto button?

I do think he is on about the Windscreen screenwash top up tube. Albiet its on the Driverside, but there is no Tube on the passenger side

To top up the rad you take off the rad cap off and pour in there, there is a small screw on the opposite site which allows the air to escape. Make sure that you put the heater on full blast onto hot and that its pumping out hot air before you put the rad cap back on. Im not sure what you mean...

i would not risk 95 on a rolling road russ, stick v-power in to be safe. do an ecu check first just to be safe, flush through the rad again just to be safe, make sure the rad cap fits correct. The std z32 rad has a plastic neck that wears out, i know mine popped my cap off spot on 301 bhp at...
