At the moment the car has no mot.
Once I've shifted the 2 cars on the driveway, the car will go for an mot and be handed over to 'Collecting Cars' to sell on their website.

I'm posting it on here to gauge interest in the car and I'm happy to receive offers for the car should anyone want to buy it.

Brief history of the car is in the pics from a thread my father posted.
Video in the link showing the respray that was carried out 9 years ago.

Milage, just over 34000miles

The only bad bits I can see is the pitting on the wingmirror arms and the boot doesn't stay open.

Welcome to view the car in Nottinghamshire but it is stuck in the garage at this time.

Open to offers.

Just a heads up - have you dealt with Collecting Cars before?

I have - their attitude is absolutely disgusting once they have your agreement signed.

I had the misfortune to try to sell a beautiful 20k mile classic BMW with them. Long story, but thanks to them not sorting any viewings that people requested, it only reached half its value, then they tried to force me to sell, then charged me £600 for refusing to sell.

I’d actually asked to pull the sale before it even went live, as I could already tell how they were being, but they told me that also would have cost me £600, even though they’d done nothing at that point.

In the end, I took their ‘fine’, arranged an actual viewing with an interested party and sold it for twice their amount.

In speaking to others since, it seems they have quite the reputation for this now.
I swore never to use them again and that I would warn any other prospective users.

Hopefully that helps you not get stung - sorry it’s a bit off topic. GLWS!

Hopefully that helps you not get stung - sorry it’s a bit off I found out about them through a friend who sells Lotus' in the Netherlands. He's used them quite a few times and never had a problem with them

I found out about them through a friend who works at Lotus main dealership in the Netherlands. He's never had a problem with them and sold plenty of cars with them but maybe they have a different attitude with dealerships.
Thanks for the heads up though, I'll look into them more before handing it over to them.
