Fitting Door Bump Stops

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has a fail safe way of installing these? Pictures attached for reference.

I've seen methods that involve using a 6" clamp to wind them in using a 13mm socket over the bump but that sounds a little drastic, unless someone has used that method and been successful?

Thanks.

I would try putting them in boiling water to soften them up then squirt a little fairy liquid on the and see if they will push in other washing up liquids are available 🤓

So basically, a small screwdriver to coax it in. That sounds like a job best tackled with steady hands otherwise it's one slip and a nice scratch in the paint work!
That's why I used a spatula. Does not need to push it in, just past the lip and it should pop through.
