Took delivery of a new addition to my collection today. A fine, rare example of a one of a kind race prepared 280ZX from across the pond. Took some real effort to source and a lot of reasearch to determine its originality.
It’s in total original condition as if it’s fresh off the raceway ready to go.
Question is do I keep it as is with an eye to it’s originality and resale value as a rare 280ZX race car? Or do I tear it open and rebuild it as it’s crying out and intended to be??
I’ve always loved this car and it’s a real privalige to finally own it.

I mean, I know it’s completely original as it’s in its original plastic wrapper and has the original price on it too!
