Brakes Sticking

Hi All.

I’ve got a 280z with a 280zx brake servo and master cylinder fitted.
After driving about 5miles the brakes start binding and after a longer drive of say around 15 miles the brakes lock on solid. All the wheels a very hot and the car is locked on solid.
The free play from the pedal to servo looks ok with good free play in it of around 10mm. I took the master cylinder of to look at the plunger adjustment and to wind it in a bit but i can it get the end nut to loosen off. Can you purchase this part on its own or has anyone got any surgestions.
I’ve added a couple of pictures to help clear up my disctiption.

It sounds like the servo rod is so extended that is pushing the piston in the m/c so far in as to prevent the fluid bleeding back. Are you missing a spacer between the m/c and the servo? As a simple test you could try a washer stack

It sits about 20mm out when pushed back in to its housing. While I was trying loosen of the lock nut ive groved the shaft so I think I need a new one now.
