Hose replacement needed

Evening all

I'm looking to replace the water hose that Spurs off just above the dipstick and travels to the exhaust manifold. It's such an eyesore at the moment looks like a bloody shower hose with a domestic ballvalve at the end :lol:.

Does anyone know where I could get this?

You don't need it (esp if using 240 carbs). Take it off and blank the other end is a good solution. See the post I just put up on getting out of jail free!

I was thinking this , maybe I will do this.

I THINK it's just braiding slid over a normal hose and finished with those adonised red 'trims'.

I've see this done before to make hoses look like good quality items.

I don't think it's a shower part. The tap looks like a washing machine isolator though!

You can delete this hose in the UK if not using the car in the winter, but don't forget the front hose too.

Should be a shaped metal hose with short rubber connectors at each end. The RH connector is a step down of diameter as well.
However, as noted, water flow through the manifold is not a critical aspect of Z engine functioning. Blank at thermostat spigot and Y-piece on RH rear to eliminate the whole system.
