Front rail on a 240z

Hi Guys,

I have a 1973 240z, and I am based in Dublin. I have just discovered that the front passanger rail is rotten with rust. the rest of the chassis is in good shape, the sheetworkers must have forgotten about it

I am wondering what is the best course of action. Can I weld another rail on? would this be available to buy?

If this is not suitable what can I do?

Under the floor, what is exposed to the ground.

I mean under the floor metal, exposed to the ground., visable from outside behind the front wheel arch.
