My brother has an ARK cat back exhaust on his 370 and it sounds awesome, almost exotic! The problem with the 370's is they're too quiet standard, same with the 350's..
I still think the S30's sound better though ;)
I feel like as an update to the guys not following his thread for fairness to Derick - the valve seat issue points to an incorrect installation by the installer, not Derick's head design.
Been following the thread for a long time and is amazing the design work gone into it. Love how he...
I saw an advert in the cinema last night on how to survive cold water in an ocean.. Like come on, how many people are likely to experience that vs. middle lane hoggers and drivers using their phones on the move???
We don't know what the new Z will look like yet. Most likely won't look like that - the pictures in the article you posted are of the 2011 Nissan Esflow concept!! :smash:
Hi Franky, sorry I've only just seen your message.. I haven't but I should hopefully have the Z out this weekend weather permitting so will try take some photos then! :)
Here you go mate :)
The rears are the ones to look at:
8J et-11 with 205/60/14 Toyo Proxes CF2 tyres.
For info, the fronts are 7J et+-2 (can't remember) with 195/60/14 Toyo Proxes CF2 tyres
Hi Franky, I've got photos of 195/60/14 on an 8J wheel if that is any use to you? No 205's though.. I think if I had 205's they might rub on the rear but my wheel offset is -11
Further to what John said,
I have a set of Rota Grid V's 15x8 et0 all round with 225/50/15 Toyo T1R tyres (I must say they look quite ballooney at that width and would probably look a lot better with 205 section tyres).
The car was on typical lowering springs and would scrub the rear...
He must've turned the traction off to lose it like he did... Such a shame like you say as literally 30 seconds before I was stood with a group of others admiring it as it left!
Someone else commented on the similarity too, I think the Z looks better though! (the TVR is my Dad's)

The Z was finally out for the first time properly this year! Took it to a local car meet - a very nice mix of cars there from old to new.
I feel like I may need some spacers on the front so will try playing around with the look as summer approaches.
Bad end to the morning though as one guy...
