Fitted my freshly built Gearbox with massive thanks to TB240 ( Tim) who came over and did all the heavy lifting. Hoping to finish off on Monday. Fingers crossed for the meet @Caffine and Machine on the 27th and following Saturday @ Donington.

Hi DVLA will want to see the original title even though its in your name , Might be worth sending in pictures of the car form a few angles showing it is complete and one showing the VIN stamped into the body along with your proof of ID and Address . David

Wow thats a results , lets hope DVLA think so , I guess at some point they will come and inspect the car , which seems to be normal these days

Whats the plan with the exhaust . ? I had a company make a stainless steel one for my car ages ago and still like new , and a great sound to it

Jon Bills and I noticed that the hatch will stay in any position you put it in. The struts do not lift it open. !

Yeah , know what you mean, easily fixed when I take it off the road in the Autumn
