I had an original radio cassette converted to dab Bluetooth fm am etc etc not a cheap solution but it looks original .

KCRL22 would indicate its a Kent Cams RL22 camshaft but that is for a 2.0 ford Pinto not a 280z, might be worth giving Kent Cams a ring just to confirm what you have https://www.kentcams.com/part/RL22
