If the Rack & Pinion set is reversible to allow it to fit a RHD case, I would be up for a unit and bushings aswell!

That casting is part of the gear selector mechanism and rotates side to side along the cylindrical axis when going from 2nd to 3rd gear for example. There is 2 seals within the gear selector casting, the one that you see leaking is the larger of the 2 seals. The issue is to change those seals...

Taken from a US import, standard 4 speed with apparently under 50k miles. No bell housing included as can be seen in the pictures. It was bought as a spare due to my 5 speed needing a full referb but plans have changed so using it's bell housing for a 71C upgrade. Don't know if it's any use to...

I remember seeing this rack/subframe setup that required a new mounting locations on the S30 subframe, the could be one solution for people. Sorry for going off course franky

As you would expect drawing fee for the CAD and no estimation on pricing due to each rack being fully bespoke but they do look smart. I'm sure Quaife do a similar service. Agreed, just wondering if anyone had come across anything over the years or if a specialist rack was the only option...
