Would a RHD conversion be deemed a chassis modification and so mean any converted cars need Q plates too?

If you had a severe accident, I assume you wouldn't put the car in neutral therefore it will die at a stop..

I'm no expert but if it wasn't the most severe impact, as far as i know there is nothing that would switch the engine off in our cars?
