Poor old thing.

Would need a good nose around it, it’s been resprayed silver that’s not it’s original colour from the engine bay. Sunroof is awful but fixable. But something is not right with the rear arches. The lines around the arch should be nice and sharp ( see piccy) so I’m guessing there is some filler going on there.

That's what I thought, re: the rear arches. There's a lack of definition that suggests judicious use of bog.

It needs someone to give it a new home and properly sort it - but buyer needs to be prepared for the effort and expense as nasties reveal themselves in the process.

I'd actually love a ZX 2-seater like this; alas, I'm torn too many ways already!

Looks like Dulux Gloss in the engine bay? Could be hiding a few horrors, but at least they are not asking stupid money for it. Agree it would need a proper inspection.

'kin hell - I paid £500 for one like this 17yrs ago and drove it home along the south coast of France, over the Pyrénées and via Dordogne.
