Finally took it out again to get the tracking done. Took it for a quick spin up and down the A1 after and I have to say she feels bloody great to drive, maybe I will keep her a little longer.

However after rebuilding the suspension last year with new springs and shocks the back of the car is sitting high. I don't know if its the new springs, the new shocks, a combination of both. I do know one thing I've kind of lost the will to investigate and bother fixing it.

Put some weight in the back e.g tool kit, spare wheel (you don't have one do you) and fill the tank.

I felt like that after working on my blue car. So put the Sam up for sale. Anyway got motivated again, sorted a few jobs and don't feel the same way now.

Nothing to the Z...... as usual :(

Was planning on popping down to the Fourways open/coffee morning, but needed to change the fuel pressure relief valve on my Transit.

Done in about half hour, quick test run round the block, felt better behaved but....... opened the bonnet to double check all was ok, and half the engine was covered in diesel!

Took it off again and the supplied copper washer hadn't seated properly, was fine on idle but while driving!! comparing the washers they weren't quite the same.

Re-used the old washer which was ever so slightly larger and therefore seated perfectly ( they always say don't re-use washers, but half the time the new ones which aren't oem are shite)

This time i ran it without the air filter box in the way of viewing any leaks, revved it to be sure, all good, fit air box, test run...... success :)

So after that kerfuffle, i sat down and drank beer... forgot about fourways...... oops.

Took it up to the Fourways Engineering coffee morning. Basked in sunshine and surrounded by amazing cars. Needed more time to get to speak to more people though
